TRUEGARD-PURE white mineral oils are colorless, odorless, tasteless mixtures of saturated paraffinic and

naphthenic hydrocarbons which meet or exceed FDA 21 CFR 172.878, 178.3620(a) and NF or USP requirements.

TRUEGARD-PURE white mineral oils are available in a broad range of viscosities ranging from 55-550 SUS @ 40°C,
are exceptionally suited as ingredients in cosmetic preparations, use in food environments where direct or indirect
contact with food may occur, pharmaceutical, (non-sterile excipient applications only and not intended for use as an
active pharmaceutical ingredient), and in applications where odor and staining must be minimized. Custom
formulations of TRUEGARD-PURE white mineral oils may be available to meet specific criteria such as smoke, flash
and pour points upon request.

TRUEGARD-PURE white mineral oils meet or exceed current FDA, USP and NF requirements for neutrality, polynuclear and readily carbonizable substances, solid paraffins, sulfur compounds and UV absorbance as applicable.

production as either components or process aids are sourced from reputable companies based in the United States, Canada or Europe.

TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is not comprised of any raw materials or process aids which contain gluten, TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is gluten free.

GMO STATEMENT:

TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is produced from paraffinic raw materials and as a result, does not contain any genetically modified organisms-TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is GMO free.

MICROBIAL PROFILE:

TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is certified to contain less than 250 colony forming units per gram and is free of coliforms, E.

Coli, Listeria and Salmonella. TRUEGARD-PURE 9, as manufactured, is essentially free of yeast and mold. Keller

Heartt Company sends out product samples for periodic testing-microbial testing for each lot is available upon request.

LOT CODE EXPLANATION:

The lot coding system is based on the calendar date, year/month/date and a suffix letter to designate the daily batch
number, A, B, C, etc. Example; lot number 13-2-26C was produced on February 26^th, 2013 and was the third batch
produced.

PACKAGING:

TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is available in five-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, disposable or returnable totes and bulk shipments.

REGULATORY:

TRUEGARD-PURE 9 is composed of ingredient(s) which meet or exceed FDA 21 CFR 178.3620(a) for direct food contact and is Kosher certified by the Chicago Rabbinical Council Truegard Pure 9 mineral oils are intended for use in applications which may utilize a non-sterile excipient and are not to be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient. STORAGE:
